Frequently Asked Questions

We have taken some of the most common questions we have heard and answered them. If you have any further questions that we have not answered please contact us.

A scene is an entire page of artwork — before the transition to another scene. A scene can include many elements to fill up the page, so long as it flows nicely with your script and/or audio.

An animated effect is a digital element in the video. It’s something that is not hand drawn. We use animated effects within the video for things such as fading a logo into your video or making the hands of a clock tick in a circle to show the passage of time. Animated effects are added during editing.

Absolutely, this is what we are here for and we love to help. Our script writers have years of experience not only in animation and creative writing, but also in marketing and sales, which allows them to deliver one-of-a-kind scripts designed to translate words into visual stories. The end result of this is a stronger brand with more sales. Let us know anything and everything you’d like incorporated into your script, and we’ll take it from there.

Your script will give us a good idea of timing. The average person speaks between 140-160 words per minute, so we estimate based on a word count of your script what your final time will be. For example, a 225 word script would be about a 90 second video.

Absolutely! We have a team of both male and female voiceover artists from which you can select to ensure that you find the perfect voice to share your message. However, any specialty voices or accent work will be custom quoted.

A storyboard is a rough layout of how your video will flow. We start with your script. The text is broken into scenes, with the images and order of the drawings synced to the script so that we have a clear picture of how the the final video will look. The end result is a storyboard.

The average return time for a finished video from the beginning of the consultation is approximately 3-4 weeks. Keep in mind that timelines can change based on revisions and approvals. However, 3-4 weeks includes a buffer for approvals and revisions. Projects can be expedited to meet deadlines for a priority production service charge, and returned in as little as 5 business days.

Absolutely! Videos can be created in any language you like. However, our team is primarily English speaking. While we are happy to edit videos based on audio and translated text, we do need a little help from you in this area. Our only request is a translation approved by you, timing spots, and for you to provide the voice over talent in this case. Our goal is to make sure your video will be timed and drawn perfectly for your audience, but with foreign videos, we need a little help from our clients to ensure quality production.

Getting started is a breeze! Simply contact us to set up a consultation. Once you’re ready to get started, we’ll go through the questionnaire and get the ball rolling. For our international clients who are worried about time differences, we are more than happy to connect with you on Skype or Google Hangouts to answer questions you may have. If you’re ready now, you can place your order on our secure site right now, and then start on the questionnaire immediately!
